Martin has traveled the world as a reporter and editor for the past 10 years. She’s covered world issues as well as local ones, met and profiled people from all walks of life, and watched social media change journalism forever.

A little more than halfway through this decade long journey, she decided to also start writing down the stories that were bouncing around in her own head.  She is the author of the paranormal thriller THE HOLLOW as well as the widely-praised children’s book THE SPINFORDS.
