Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click “Login” at the very top of this page or otherwise go to the login page.

2. Create a Customer/Member Profile.

3. We will then activate your account for wholesale orders and you will be notified via the email you provided of your activation. You will then be able to log back into your account, and your special prices will then be reflected.

All account information will be confidential.  Occasionally (once a month tops), we may email you with news and new release announcements unless instructed otherwise.

RETURNS POLICY:

Our most profitable season is between Oct. 1 and Dec 31 as well as each Spring.  We ask that all orders taken within that period, regardless of when, wait until Jan 1 to return unsold merchandise (orders taken in Dec can be returned after Jan 1 as well, for example). We ask that all stock ordered the rest of the year (Jan thru Sept) be kept on your shelves for a minimum of 30 days before returning, the same as ordering through traditional distributors.  With the exception of the peak sales period of Oct 1-Dec 31, resellers have 60 days to return merchandise.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, you will be re-imbursed for the full amount you paid, through your favorite payment method, promptly, excluding postage.  You can also request store credit.

If you happen to ever receive a defective book, we’ll replace it for free.  This applies to all customers.

Our print titles are returnable for retail stores/resellers only, but libraries and government institutions can take advantage of these wholesale prices all the same
