We regularly update our shipping methods to give you the most current rate quotes. We use the services of USPS with USPS media mail as a default in North America, and work with the most economic ways of shipping across the globe. For Asia and Australia and other countries that are more expensive to ship than, say, Europe, the UK or Canada, we are working on more cost-effective ways for us to ship print books to you. To be honest, if you live in Asia or Australia, South Africa, and other regions where shipping prices get very high from US origins, we welcome you to use the version of Amazon for your country to order our books as our titles are all there and postage will be cheaper. We’re working on integrating Amazon for your region into this very website.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing and delivery depending on the number of books ordered at one time. Some merchandise is shipped from Europe and may take up to a week longer. Small orders are processed faster and generally can take as little as three days to process and ship.
RETURNS
We will work with you on a case-by case basis. You are important to us! If your book or merchandise is misprinted or faulty, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Problems?
